What data we process

If you request information about a development: your name, your email, your phone number if you choose to give it, your message, the development you are asking about and the language you are browsing in.

If you set up an alert for new developments: your email, your language and the search criteria you have chosen (area, price, bedrooms…).

Favourites are stored only in your browser and never reach our servers.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To handle your request and contact you about the development you are interested in. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).

To email you when developments matching your search are added. The legal basis is your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), which you give when you confirm the alert and can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.

How long we keep it

Information requests: for as long as our relationship with you lasts and, afterwards, for the legal periods during which liability could be claimed.

Alerts: until you unsubscribe. Alerts that are not confirmed are deleted after 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

To provide the service we use a web hosting provider that processes data on behalf of the owner as a data processor.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@rualcasa.com or by post to C/ La Huerta 19, 03690 San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante), stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This portal is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly process their data.
